A: We understand that plans can change, and opportunities to enjoy your car do not always happen during business hours. We will always do our best to accommodate access requests outside of normal operating times where possible.

A:. We maintain An insurance policy that covers vehicles in storage with us and covers any work carried out on your vehicle. If your vehicles value is over £100,000 an additional charge may be required for your vehicle to be covered under our policy for storage. It is always recommend that customers ensure their own vehicle insurance policy covers the vehicle while in storage, including protection against fire, theft, and accidental damage.

A: Our standard minimum storage period is one month. If you require a shorter arrangement, please contact us and we will do our best to discuss available options.

A: Storage fees are typically paid monthly in advance by standing order unless otherwise agreed. Longer-term arrangements can also be discussed depending on your requirements.

A: Yes, you are welcome to leave a vehicle with us while using your stored car. We can also keep your vehicle securely stored indoors upon request for added convenience.

A:General maintenance and repair work on-site is usually not permitted; however, exceptions may be made for essential requirements by prior agreement. We will always try to help out with anything you need if you choose to store with us.

A: Vehicle security is one of our highest priorities. Our storage facilities are protected with guard monitored CCTV, alarm systems, controlled access. The site is accessed by electronic gates. There are 3 Secure gates between the road, and cars in storage.

A: Your vehicle will never be driven on the road unless specifically requested by you. If you do wish for us to “exercise” the car we can do this periodically at your request. We can also assist with moving the car to any location you require for work to be carried out or for you to use the car when needed.

A: Yes. We are fully insured to drive customer vehicles on public roads, with cover for vehicle values up to £250,000. If your vehicle exceeds this value, we can usually accommodate higher-value cars through prior written agreement with our insurer.

A: Yes. We offer a fully managed MOT service for complete convenience and peace of mind. We can arrange and present your vehicle at our trusted local MOT centre, located just four miles from our storage facility, and remain with the vehicle while the MOT is completed.
To help minimise the risk of unexpected failures, we can also arrange a pre-MOT inspection to identify and address any minor issues beforehand. Please contact us for more information or to discuss this service further.

A: Yes. We can assist with arranging a wide range of mechanical work, servicing, and general maintenance requirements for your car or Motorcycle . Certain work can be carried out directly at our storage facility through our trusted mobile mechanical partners, while larger or specialist jobs can be arranged through our network of experienced automotive specialists.
Whether your vehicle requires routine servicing, inspections, repairs, or preventative maintenance, we can help manage the process on your behalf for complete convenience and peace of mind.
